Clontarf Orthodontics, a leading Dublin orthodontic practice, approached us to help redesign and develop their website in 2018. After getting feedback from customers, along with reviewing their previous Google Analytics performance, we came up with a simplified design, focusing on the pages which were capturing the most leads. The new design immediately solved several user journey issues and the bounce rate dropped significantly since launch. One of the key aspects of the brief was the implementation of a new online booking system. The client stressed the need for user interface simplicity, minimising patient confusion. The new form now gives more flexibility to existing patients returning for routine orthodontic check-ups but more importantly, more potential new patients leads are now being captured, reducing the number of lost leads online.
